Congratulations to Dr. Takashi Yamauchi, Associate Professor (Cognitive). His submission to the CLLA Seed Grant Program has been approved for funding. With this award, Dr. Yamauchi will conduct “affective computing” research, in which he will implement and develop “emotion detection” sensors that can identify people’s emotional states in real time.
